The Company
Duncan Building Contractors prides itself in providing “personalized” service for commercial and high-end custom residential projects. We have extensive experience in new and remodel construction projects including historical renovations. Our “personalized” service results in repeat clients with a large percentage of our work as negotiated jobs.

The President
Tom Duncan has worked in the construction industry since 1974. He obtained his New Mexico contractors license in 1976 and started his award winning company. Tom is proud to say that over 90% of his business today is through referrals, negotiated contracts and repeat customers.
